Legra Personnel
At LEGRA our personnel are experienced professionals with extensive experience, with over a total of over 20 years of collective legal experience. They have at different times in the past served in a number of companies, both private and public companies in company secretarial, finance as well in-house counsel capacities both within and outside of Ghana.
Yaa Antwi
Yaa a lawyer holds an LLB Degree from the University of Ghana and an LLM from the University of Texas at Austin, School of Law in the United States of America. Yaa specialized in Contracts, Corporate and Investment Law for her Masters Degree Program. She has extensive working experience in corporate finance and investment, company secretaryship, corporate law and mining law, Oil & Gas, power generation transactions having worked with DAI Inc., an affiliate of Rothschild Natural Resources, Washington DC, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Accra and other investment houses in Ghana. She was for five years in-house counsel and company secretary for the multinational entity Gold Fields Ghana Group of companies. She is a member of the Ghana Bar Association and was called to the bar over twenty (20) years ago.
Gloria Oforiwaa Kensah Peters
Gloria is a barrister who holds a BA Degree in Social Sciences from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Ghana, an LLB Degree from the same University and a Qualifying Certificate from the Ghana School of Law. She is a member of the Ghana Bar Association and a legal practitioner with extensive experience in Oil & Gas transactions, business law and litigation. Gloria was called to the Ghana Bar over ten (10) years ago.
Fred Adiyia
Fred is a product of Hamline University of Law, St Paul, Minneapolis. Fred has over 30 years experience in legal practice in both government and private practice having been called to the Minnesota Star Bar, US Federal Bar and the Ghana Bar in 1999. Fred’s practice areas include Corporate Law, Contracts, International Transactions and Estate Planning.
Nana Serwaa Adu-Sarkodie
Nana Serwaa holds a BA Degree in Social Sciences from the University of Ghana. She is fluent in English and French. Nana Serwaa ia a paralegal with over four (4) years experience in company secretarial duties. She is presently a part time student pursuing an LLB Degree.
Florence Sebbeh Nightingle
Florence is a national services personnel who holds a BSC Degree in Accounting from the University of Professional Studies with a year’s experience in company secretarial services.
